4. Booking Services
4.1 General
- Journey Xpress acts as an agent between the Corporate Client and Travel Suppliers. The contract for each travel service is directly between the Traveller/Client and the relevant Supplier.
- Fares, availability, and booking conditions are subject to change without notice until a Booking Confirmation is issued.
- All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective Travel Supplier.
4.2 Air Tickets
- Air tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by the airline.
- Name changes are generally not permitted; re-booking may attract full fare difference plus airline penalties.
- It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure passport validity, visa documents, and health/travel requirements for the destination.
- Check-in times, baggage allowances, and other conditions are governed by the airline's own terms.
4.3 Hotels
- Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's cancellation and no-show policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Early check-out refunds are at the hotel's discretion.
4.4 Ground Transport & Other Services
- Ground transport, rail, and other ancillary services are governed by the respective supplier's terms.
5. Pricing, Fees & Taxes
- All prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Prices include applicable GST, airport taxes, and service charges unless otherwise stated. Visa fees, travel insurance, porterage, and personal expenses are not included.
- Journey Express LLP may charge a transaction service fee per booking, as agreed in the corporate Service Agreement.

7. Cancellations & Amendments
All cancellations and amendments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the cancellation terms of the respective Travel Supplier. Journey Express LLP's service fee is generally non-refundable.
8. Travel Documents & Compliance
- It is the traveller's sole responsibility to obtain valid passports, visas, health certificates, permits, and any other documents required for the journey.
